Returns/Refunds

• Items may be returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase with original receipt. Items must be in original packaging and condition.
   

• Items may be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase with original receipt. Items must be in original packaging and condition.
   

• No returns on books and CD’s

Instrument Trade-In

• Instruments purchased here:

  • Violins

    • Over $1000 we offer 75% of the original price as trade-in (less repairs).

    • $1000 and under we offer 50% on trade (less repairs).

  • Cellos

    • Over $2500 we offer 75% of the original price as trade-in (less repairs).

    • $2500 and under we offer 50% on trade (less repairs).

  •  Basses

    • Over $3000 we offer 75% of the original price as trade-in (less repairs).

    • $3000 and under we offer 50% on trade (less repairs).

  •  Bows over $250 purchased here, we offer 50% of the original price as trade-in (less repairs).
     

• The customer must be trading towards an instrument of equal or greater value to get the full trade in amount.
   

• We do not buy back instruments. The customer must be trading towards another instrument of the same kind (i.e. violin – violin, cello – cello)
   

• We will not refund any unused trade-in amount.
   

• The trade-in amount can only be used towards the purchase of another instrument, not towards books and/or accessories.
   

• Instruments purchased elsewhere will be considered on an individual basis.
   

• We do not take cases or accessories on trade.

Approvals

• Instruments may be let out on approval for a maximum length of 7 days.
   

• A maximum of 3 instruments may be taken out on approval at a time.
